School of Hospitality & Environment Sciences
The academic programmes of the School of Hospitality and Environment Studies have expanded considerably over the past two years, and include postgraduate programmes in Tourism Environment Management.
The undergraduate sector also grew by the introduction of courses in Tourism Management, Environment Management, Wildlife Management, and Home Economics at degree and Diploma levels. Certificate courses have also been introduced in Hotel Management and Catering, as well as in Tourism Operations.
The postgraduate courses are designed to target Government officials from Ministries of Tourism, Trade and Industry, Planning, Environment and Natural Resources, Managers from the tourism sector and service organizations, project managers, and university lecturers.
Undergraduate courses are suitable for students who successfully complete their HSC ('A' Level) training. Special arrangement is in place to accommodate students from outside countries which do not offer 'A' Level courses.
